This morning I checked out the Texas Ambassadors 7th grade team at UNC. They played a very tough game against the Memphis Flight. It was back and fourth until the last five minutes. Josh Bishop took charge he hit to clutch threes to put them up by thirteen with two minutes. The two players the stood out most were, Josh Bishop who had a great game leading all with 32 points. DeAndere Smith also stood out with two alley-oops and 16 points. Keep looking out for Josh Bishop and DeAndere Smith, they will both attend the Adidas Jr Phenom Camp. August 6-9 in San Diego, California. It will showcase the 150 best players in the nation. - John Peldon of Texas Rankings

There's a kid who plays on Illinois Attack named Corey Evers. He is the most defensive kid ive seen. He's about 5'5. He can handle the rock and can get to the basketball at will. he can also shoot. He has a very good work ethic. He is out in Plainfield Illinois. Check him out. on chicago hoops or the tribune

No offense to corey or Gage But there is a gaurd from the twolves name Mike Spencer. When they played attack he didnt start But when he came in he put up 8 quick points and broke attacks press easily. He's about 5'5 and has a strong dribble and first step move. Very lanky and can score at will, but one important thing about his game is that he is unselfish and has great court vision I saw him a couple of times at tournaments but didnt know his name, but he is easily top ten in illinios and one of the truthiest pg i've seen come along in years. Keep up the good work kid.

He played a game a couple weaks ago against attack at bolingbrook high school and attack lose. Ok corey was ripping up #24 But when #4(Mike Brooks) came in it didnt look like attack had a press. Even the twolves guy said he didnt have a jersey or he left his so he wore Spencer 4. And i know who corey is he a couple points but not 15. I have my facts right because i asked questions you should try. And corey hyping hiself up cause his #35 on attack and if you read one of those messages it say one of the messages was from attack35.

James Pupillo is an excellent 8th grade student athlete and is rated as one of the very best combo (shooting / point) guards in the state of Illinois. James Pupillo starts as a combo (shooting / point) guard for Illinois Basketball Academy (IBA) Select AAU 7th and 8th grade (13U/14U) teams. The IBA 2014 Select Team is among the very best AU teams in the Midwest and across the nation. James received an invitation to the 2009 Jr. All American Nationals camp, after Clay Dade, Director, saw James play at the Midwest Jr. All American camp held at IBA. James has played at Converse Open Gym and ChicagoHoops.com showcase. James was invited and played at the Chicago Simeon Academy 2009-2010 8th grade All Star game. there is this kid that lives in dallas texas his name is Alex Robinson. He is 6'0 and he can dunk. He has the best handles in the nation for his age. He is currently ranked number 10 in his class but... i have personally seen him go up against the number 1 player for that class and alex scored 33 points against him while the other kid only had like 12 or 13.

There's a 7th grade kid who plays for DC Assault named AJ Cabbagestalk. He's the toughest PG\SG I've seen at his age. He's about 5'7". He can handle the rock, he gets to the basket at will, and he's a real good shooter. Remember the name.

Since last year we have kept an eye on Round Rock, TX PG Josh Bishop. He is still very smooth and has grown, now standing at 5'10. Last weekend I was at the Pearland Shootout and noticed he was playing with the Austin Warriors, a varsity team made up of players playing at Round Rock Westwood. He was not a major force but he held his own. Other teams were older then him by three years, the fact is that Bishop can play. Look for him to be noticed later on in High School. He is a underrated player. - Texas Rankings

There is Laurent Tshiunza SG/PG combo guard standing 6'1.this kid is highlight reel waiting to happen when ever he steps on the court.I have heard about him from coaches around multiple camps and seen some game tapes from people. He is very athletic for his young age playing above the rim at ease.We had seen him play against his own age group 14u and he dominated shooting , attacking the basket, pull up cross over into and assist he can do it all.He ended the tourney with a all tourney high 56pts 12assists 14reb 3steals. We put him up against the much older group and he did not disappoint us he held his own weight and not only that but he showed out as one of the top players for 17u teams. He is currently attending Leesville Road High School ...knowing him he will play varsity as a freshman. He will transfer to Prep school in the school year of 2011-2012 his choices are Ravens Croft , United Faith, Oak Hill, Oak Ridge military and more. Be on the look out for this talented prospect.
